- Can I Order Online?
Absolutely! Just select the product that you would like to order and add it to the cart. If you are ordering printed products, you will have an option to include the information you would like printed or you can select a pre-designed template.

- Can I place an order over the phone?
Of course you can, but it does streamline the order process for both you and our company to do it over the internet. We do have a sales staff waiting to assist you if need be. Call us at 1-888-255-1524 if you have any questions.

- What is your payment policy?
All orders must be paid in full before a proof is sent or an order is sent into production. Be assured that you will be allowed to make any changes you wish to the proof and we will continue to do so until your are happy with your layout. Our policy was put into place to ensure that the customers who have actually placed an order, get the appropriate attention needed to complete the order process.

- What is your turnaround time?
We strive to maintain a 4-5 business day turnaround on all orders. We do offer a rush fee if you are needing your order quicker.

- Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so by calling 1-888-255-1524. Please be aware that there will be a cancellation fee of $25.00 if we have yet to create and send you a proof. If you wish to cancel your order after a proof has been provided, the cancellation fee will be $50.00. If your order has gone into production, there will be no refund of your order.

- How long does it take to ship my order?
We use FedEx for all of our shipments. Please see the map at the bottom of this page for your area and shipping times.

- Can I use my own artwork?
Yes, in most cases we can print your artwork or recreate it. If you are able to save your files as an .eps, .ai, or .pdf, then there should not be any issues. Please contact our sales/customer service representatives if you have any questions.

- Are there any extra charges for artwork?
In most cases, no! All of our basic design are free of extra charges. The only time you would incur any extra charges is if we are needing to recreate a logo that is not high enough resolution or if you are ordering a sign that has a directional arrow on both sides. The fee for directional arrow signs is $25.00

- If I select one of your templates, can I change the wording?
Absolutely! All of our templates are samples for you to get an idea of what you would like your signs to look like. Choose one and have us design it with your information, or select from a few different templates and we can design your sign according to your specifications.

- Can I see a sample before your print my order?
Of course you can. All orders MUST be proofed and approved before they go into production. Once your order is placed, you should receive a proof within 4 business hours after placing the order. Not happy with the proof? Just let us know and we will make whatever changes you request.

- Can I add my company logo to the signs?
In most cases, this is not a problem. If the artwork is basic, we can add it to the sign. If the logo needs to be recreated, there will be additional fees associated with that. If you are unsure, contact us at 1-888-255-1524 to discuss the options.

- What does flute direction mean?
Flutes are the ridges or corrugations that run through the sign. If you are ordering H Stakes, be sure to select "Vertical Flutes". This will ensure that your H Stakes will fit into the bottom of the signs and go into the flutes. If you are using your signs to place them on wooden stakes, trees or poles, then be sure to select Horizontal Flutes. Be aware that if you select Horizontal Flutes, you will not be able to use the H Stakes with your signs, but the Horizontal Flutes will strengthen your signs and keep them from wrapping around the trees or poles on windy days.

- My order was printed wrong, what can I do?
In the event that you receive your order and it is incorrect, please contact Real Cheap Signs at 1-888-255-1524. If we are at fault, we will reprint your order immediately at our cost. If you made a mistake on your order, Real Cheap Signs will not be held responsible for replacing your order.

- Can I return my order?
No, once an order has been produced there will be no refunds or returns.
